Emily has devoted over fifteen years to the study and practice of holistic therapies. Her approach is rooted in the belief that the body possesses its own innate wisdom — wisdom that, when honoured, restores extraordinary balance.
Trained in reflexology, massage therapy, aromatherapy, facial techniques and a breadth of wellness modalities, Emily brings an intuitive understanding to every session that cannot be taught — only cultivated through years of practice.
